CNBC, claiming its recent study was based on “hard data,” has put out a list of the supposedly 10 worst states to live in – and they have one thing in common.
Reporter Scott Cohen wrote about the network’s methodology, claiming, “We use hard data on factors like crime rates, air quality and healthcare.”
The story expounds on CNBC’s annual analysis of “America’s Top States for Business.” And somehow – what a coincidence – the worst 10 states all voted for Donald Trump for president in 2024. In fact, those states are some that have the highest rate of in-migration, while blue states continue to hemorrhage residents by the thousands.
So, apparently, myriad misled Americans are moving to states where it’s very bad to do business, at least according to CNBC.
Cohen says other factors considered were “the cost and availability of childcare, inclusiveness of state laws, and reproductive rights. Some states offer exemplary quality of life.”
Which are the loser states?
1. Tennessee
2. Texas
3. Indiana
4. Louisiana
5. Georgia
6. Utah
7. Missouri
8. Alabama
9. Oklahoma
10.Arkansas
Commented Cullen Linebarger at The Gateway Pundit: “According to CNBC, red states are bad while blue states are good. Moreover, every state on the list, except Missouri, saw more Americans move IN than OUT.
“In contrast, deep blue states like California, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois saw people leave in DROVES. This continues a years-long pattern due to a hostile business environment and an insane cost of living.”
Yes, the worst places to live are where everyone is moving and the best places to live are actually the left-wing socialist states everyone is moving out of or something. pic.twitter.com/vxzUyJs5A4
