Anthony Fauci, Joe Biden’s top COVID-19 pandemic adviser, is facing a storm of headwinds these days, even in his retirement from a job at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases on a tax-funded salary of hundreds of thousands of dollars year.
First, his personal comments to himself about what a great celebrity he was during the pandemic, how he influenced multiple jurisdictions to lock down schools, businesses and more, how he dissembled about the source of the deadly threat, have become public and they often conflict with what he was telling the public at the time.
Then he was summoned before a Senate committee to answer questions, and despite a Joe Biden pardon covering the time frame at issue, refused to answer questions more than 100 times.
Then a state announced an investigation, which could be problematic as Biden’s pardon doesn’t address state charges.

Now a parents group is advising moms and dads whose children were injured during the school lockdowns to sue him.
“Fauci, by suppressing dissenting scientists, hiding the origins of the virus, acting beyond statutory limits of his position, stepped outside the protections of the Federal Tort Claims Act,” charged Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty.

“His actions were not legitimate federal duties, and it would strip away the government’s protection and leave him personally liable. …I do know of lawyers and parents who are currently looking at that avenue,” she said in comments on the John Solomon Reports podcast.
Her comments came just a day after Fauci infuriated senators and triggered them to call for his indictment, prosecution and jailing for his actions during the pandemic. Specifically they cited alleged perjury and lying to Congress.
Just the News reported, “The 1,000-plus page pandemic-era medical ‘diary,’ authored by Fauci and released by Sen. Rand Paul earlier this week, suggests that vital information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic may have been intentionally hidden from the American people.”
“Justice cited the disparate impact on American families as grounds for potential legal action,” the report said.
“When you have the top health official in the United States making recommendations for elected officials across the country, it puts you in an incredibly difficult position to go against the experts, right? American parents trusted the experts,” she said.
The result is that they “watched their kids suffer, and the ramifications of the COVID lockdowns, not only on our businesses, but on our families and our children’s development…”
