‘It’s real’: Jonathan Cahn unveils how ‘Satan’s throne’ is disrupting the world even now

Bestselling author Jonathan Cahn repeatedly has pushed and supported Christians around the world in their faith with his stunningly revelatory books, starting with “The Harbinger.”

There, he paralleled an attack on the ancient nation of Israel and its response, actually defiance, to God, to the 9/11 attack on America and its response – revealing American leaders at that time, 25 years ago next month, quoted the very Bible verse through which Israelites expressed their defiance.

He followed with revelations in “The Avatar,” “The Dragon’s Prophecy,” “The Oracle,” “The Return of the Gods” and more.

Now he’s moved on to a topic that’s more than a little dangerous: Satan.

And his throne.

It’s all in “The Altar of Pergamon: The Mystery of the Dark Angel and the Future of the World.”

Jesus’ own words from Revelation 2:12-17, confirm the significance of Pergamon, also spelled Pergamum or Pergamos. That city, in Asia Minor, now Turkey, is the focus of the third of the seven messages delivered to churches there.

To those Christians, Jesus said, “I know where you live – where Satan has his throne. Yet you remain true to my name. You did not renounce your faith in me, even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was put to death in your city – where Satan lives.”

There was an actual physical altar in that city, built by the Greeks to use in worship of pagan entities like Zeus. And it was excavated. And it has been influencing the world since, Cahn warns.

Cahn explains it all in his book, coming available in just days.

The “Throne of Satan” was found and moved to one prominent European nation. From there it influenced a prominent 20th century name, then was moved to empower another agenda.

It’s linked to Karl Marx, Communism, the Soviet Union, Adolf Hitler, both world wars, and much more, he charges.

Even one American president.

The results essentially have been a “de-Christianization” in America, to include the transgender ideology, same-sex marriage, “gay” celebrations at the White House, widespread mockery of believers, a surging leftism that includes the subjugation of Christianity, and worse. One state, Colorado, even repeatedly has attacked Christians specifically for their faith, a bakery operator, a web designer, a counselor, and even preschools.

To date, the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected the anti-Christian scheming of Colorado, under its homosexual governor, Jared Polis, for most of those cases.

Cahn uses the facts of history, but cloaks the details with fictional characters, to explain the horrific results attached to a relic of such significance.

His protagonist, a religious skeptic who comes across a mysterious page from an ancient book, works with a believer who is alarmed by the find, in the story.

They make a series of discoveries as they follow their instincts on the threats they uncover.

Cahn told WND in an interview that there really was a throne of Satan, and it was in Pergamon.

He said the key structure there was a Greek creation called the great altar, and it was a “high place” and linked to the belief in Zeus.

It fell into disrepair and essentially was lost to history for centuries.

Then it that was found, in 1871, by archeologists and uncovered.

“Just when Europe is turning away from God, the throne of Satan appears again,” he told WND,

It was moved to Europe, and placed in Germany. There, significant dates associated with the artifact coincide with major dates in the life of Adolf Hitler.

Cahn explained that when Hitler ranted at the masses, he was standing on a reproduction of that altar, created just for him.

It’s later linked to dates significant for Josef Stalin, for communism, and for the coming Holocaust.

Revelations covered in the book include that the Altar is one of “burnt offerings,” and in the language of the Altar, “those who built it – Greek – the altar of burnt offerings it the Altar of Holocausts.”

“The very day after Hitler kills himself in Berlin, soldiers come upon another bunker in Berlin in which is hidden the Altar. It’s the Red Army. Satan’s Throne passes from Nazi Germany to the Soviet Union and the Communist World,” Cahn explains.

Its effects ripple down through two German scientists who split the atom, through the Cold War, and when the Berlin Wall comes down in 1989 and the Soviet Union ultimately is cut off from the Throne, it collapses.

The book carries a lesson for Christians and unbelievers alike, he said.

Nor has America been left untouched.

Cahn documents how one “American leader,” traveled to Berlin and stood in the shadow of a statue of a goddess, and called for the world to become as one.

Shortly later, he’s standing on a stage that is on his pathway to become president, and behind him is a “strange structure” akin to a Greek temple.

It was, Cahn said, “a reproduction in modern of the Altar of Pergamon, the throne of Satan.”

The book is like “something out of an Indiana Jones adventure… Lord of the Rings… or the DaVinci Code,” he explains.

But it’s different in that the Altar of Pergamon is “not fiction. It’s real…”
