The transgenderism industry, promoted in America throughout Joe Biden’s time in the Oval Office, has not left other parts of the world untouched.
Its routine now in the United Kingdom, and now in Scotland, a workplace culture of “identity” confusion has left employees in one government office feeling like they are unable to object to a colleague. Who dresses as a cat.
A report from the Christian Institute noted, “Civil servants have raised concerns that a workplace culture surrounding ‘identity issues’ has left them feeling unable to object to a colleague dressing as a cat.
According to anonymous sources, a male colleague who identifies as ‘non-binary’ attended a training session at the Scottish Government’s headquarters in Edinburgh wearing ears, a tail and a dress.”
The Scotsman reported one source, not identified, said, “The issue seems lighthearted but, actually, staff were uncomfortable but felt they couldn’t express opposition to this form of dress because we are encouraged to be kind and open-minded, especially around issues of identity.”
A former civil servant, Murray Meikle, said in the report “commenting on this is (potentially) a career ending decision.”
The formal comment from the Scottish government was, “All civil servants are required to dress appropriately for work. The dress described in this claim would not meet that requirement.”
But under a draft government policy that was leaked just months ago, “civil servants would be investigated for misconduct if they intentionally ‘misgendered’ or ‘deadnamed’ colleagues in order to “deny, mock or invalidate a person’s trans identity,'” the report said.

Equality law specialist Audrey Ludwig MBE noted: “Civil servants should not face disciplinary action merely for expressing a lawful belief or for accurately referring to biological sex where this is relevant, including in discussions about single-sex services and workplaces. Any trans or misconduct policy must carefully distinguish between unlawful harassment, which depends on all the circumstances, and the legitimate exercise of protected rights to freedom of belief and expression.”
According to the a report at the Scotsman, the man involved wears dresses to work and has a “tail poking out of the back of the dress.”

The report explained, “The issue first came to light in a social media post claiming the staff member was turning up to work at the Scottish Government’s Edinburgh HQ Victoria Quay.” Another social media post said, “My friend at the Scottish Government says that a male has shown up to VQ to attend a training session whilst wearing a dress, cat ears and a cat tail. I wish I was making this up.”
