New polling from the Center for Strategic Politics reveals that most of the Democrats across America want President Donald Trump out of the office of president, and they are not particular about how that happens.
Thirty-one percent even are “very positive” or “somewhat positive” about the concept of the president being assassinated “while speaking at a rally.

The numbers for four other routes are much higher.
The organization said, “We polled five routes for Trump to leave office before the end of his term. A plurality of Dems support four of them, including a military coup and death by natural causes. The onl one underwater, an assassination, is still supported by [29%].”
The polling asked, “If you woke up tomorrow morning and saw the following news headlines, how would you feel?”
Three-quarters of respondents said that would be “very positive” about Trump being “impeached and convicted.”
Seventy percent held the same view for the president being removed under the 25th Amendment, and 45% were enthused about reports that he “died overnight in his sleep.” But another 10% said they would be “somewhat positive” about that. For the concept of a military coup, 43% would be “very positive” and another 16% “somewhat positive.”
Not the Bee explained, “The pollsters framed the military coup option as one that would ‘safeguard the Constitution,’ because nothing says constitutional order like tanks in D.C.!”

The polling also showed that Democrats largely want a return to the lawfare against Trump administration officials that became standard operating procedure for government officials during the Joe Biden administration, for a variety of political reasons.
For example, 77% said members of the Trump administration should be jailed for “actions taken by ICE and CBP.”
And another recent polling showed that the more liberal a respondent is, the more they are likely to actually endorse the death of a political figure they don’t like:
