In a video, Vice President JD Vance baited Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, a Muslim candidate for Senate from Michigan, on a 2026 election “issue.”
And the leftist candidate responded with a gym challenge.
Vance baited, “So I’ve heard that in the state of Michigan they have outlawed patchy beards. Get in, Patriots. We are going to go arrest Abdul El-Sayed.”

The leftist’s response was a challenge in the gym.

El-Sayed said, of Vance’s beard, “Frankly, somebody should tell me if it’s real.”
He said he would ask Vance, if he met him, “How much paste did you have to put on your face.”
“Mine is what you see is what you get,” he said.
Then he invited Vance to the “weight room” for a challenge match.
TMZ, which got the film of El-Sayed, reported, “Abdul El-Sayed went in HARD on Veep JD Vance Friday … calling him out for a ‘fake’ beard, claiming he’s juiced up on TRT, and challenging him to a weight room battle!”
Responding the Vance’s bait, “El-Sayed fired back, at least his is real, and then called Vance a fake … fake beard, fake strength, fake period,” the report said.
“Abdul said unlike Vance — who he razzed for fumbling the National Championship Trophy when the Ohio State football team ventured to the White House — his strength is real, and to prove it, he challenged the Veep to a bench-off and a squat-off in the gym,” the report said.
The two already have mixed words multiple times, including when El-Sayed drew Vance’s wife, Usha, into the disagreements.
