ActBlue, a fundraising behemoth for Democrats processing billions of dollars for party members, has been hit by scandalous accusations it illegally processed political donations from foreigners.
It is defending itself on those claims, in Congress and in court.
But one candidate has moved into territory where even ActBlue refuses to go: Anti-Semitism.
A report at the Washington Examiner notes that ActBlue has cut off processing contributions for Maureen Galindo, a Democratic congressional candidate in Texas, over her anti-Semitism.
Horrifically, she called for a prison for “Zionist Jews” and said the facility also should castrate pedophiles, a population made up of “Zionists.”
The Examiner explained, “Galindo has been embroiled in controversy over anti-Semitic comments. Most recently, she wrote in an Instagram post saying that she intends to write legislation to ‘turn Karnes [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] Detention Center into a prison for American Zionists and former ICE officers for human trafficking.”
She added, “It will also be a castration processing center for pedophiles, which will probably be most of the Zionists.”
Should her uphill election battle be successful, she would already be facing a demanding that she be expelled, a demand from members of her own party.
Several Democrat lawmakers said in a statement, “Maureen’s insane, anti-Semitic views — including putting Americans in concentration camps — have no place in our Party or country.”
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., called her rhetoric “vile.”
WorldNetDaily reported when Galindo’s comments surfaced on their horrific nature.
Galindo, a sex therapist and housing activist, was on social media:
TX-35 Democratic candidate Maureen Galindo says she will convert ICE detention center in Karnes County into an internment camp for “American Zionists.”
“It will also be a castration processing center for pedophiles, which will probably be most of the Zionists,” she added.

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley warned against dismissing the rant.
“It is the same message that has echoed through the ages,” he said. “Galindo’s writings are a chilling insight into the twisted logic and rationalization of the anti-Semitism sweeping over the country. It would be a mistake to dismiss Galindo as an isolated extremist on the left. These voices are growing and hatred for Israel becomes a rallying cry at protests.”
He cited Galindo’s desire to turn the “Karnes ICE Detention Center into a prison for American Zionists and former ICE officers for human trafficking.”
Turley noted, “According to recent polls, two-thirds of Democrats (67%) now support Palestinians over Israel (17%). Almost sixty percent of Democrats have a negative view, and only 13% holding a positive view of Israel.”
“Galindo clearly believes that she can garner greater support with such hateful rhetoric. She added that she will make the ICE Detention Center ‘a castration processing center for pedophiles, which will probably be most of the Zionists,'” Turley noted.
“While she has a free speech right to espouse such views, we have the same right to condemn those remarks as despicable,” he said.
