A man identified in federal documents as the alleged chief schemer behind a plot to inflict mass casualties at the recent UFC event at the White House “is an illegal immigrant from Mexico” who is in the United States under a program fabricated by Barack Obama.

A report posted online by Fox News explained Abraham Alvarez is identified in court filings as the alleged “ringleader” of that plot.

The Department of Homeland Security said Alvarez overstayed his visa after coming to the U.S. as a child and being granted “by the Obama administration in 2014 deportation relief through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” political scheme.

So far there have been five arrests in the alleged conspiracy.

Prosecutors charge the suspects were going to use drones equipped with explosives to force an evacuation of the UFC event, then have snipers open fire on the fleeing crowd members.

Federal investigators claim Alvarez was responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the planned attack, the report said, which was, in fact, avoided.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged a detainer against the suspect after he was arrested by the FBI in Omaha, Nebraska.

“This illegal alien from Mexico should never have been allowed in our country,” DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis told Fox. “He was the ringleader of a failed terror attack targeting UFC Freedom 250 at the White House.”

Now he is facing “justice” and will be “swiftly removed from our country,” she said.

Authorities allege after the initial mayhem proposed, the plotters wanted a “second wave” in which they would storm the White House, the report said.

Allegedly, they were, because of a long list of political agendas, in pursuit of a “revolution” in the U.S.

Alvarez allegedly told co-conspirators his goal was “As many and as deadly as we can get.”

While five have been arrested, at least a dozen more are suspected of being involved.

“If convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, each plotter faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a $250,000 fine. Planning to carry out violence on White House grounds carries an additional maximum penalty of five years in prison,” the report said.

Officials with Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, ALIPAC, charged that it is now time for President Donald Trump to formally revoke Obama’s amnesty plan for illegal aliens.

“ALIPAC contends that DACA Amnesty is the Dream Act Amnesty legislation that the group and many Americans fought hard to defeat in Congress in 2010, which Obama created by a memo, not even a formal Executive Order, after telling the public 22 TIMES that he lacked the power to do so ‘I’m not king, I can’t do these things just by myself,'” the organization reported.

“We call on Donald Trump to pull out a plain sheet of paper or a nearby napkin and write a short note memo explaining that he fully rescinds Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional DACA and DAPA memos that illegally instructed federal law enforcement agencies to give Amnesty to DACA/Dreamer illegals without the required Congressional legislation to do so,” said William Gheen of ALIPAC.us. “This planned terror attack and other criminal acts by Obama’s DACA illegals show that this unconstitutional Amnesty is a threat to the lives and security of American citizens. Each day, DACA Amnesty memos masquerade as laws passed by Congress, the voices of all Americans, and the results of our elections and Congressional votes against Amnesty have been nullified by illegal executive power. End DACA Amnesty now Mr. President!”

WorldNetDaily reported when the FBI confirmed it had thwarted the attack.

FBI Director Kash Patel said authorities became aware of the potential threat and worked rapidly in a multi-state operation to make arrests, and stop the plans “cold.”

The Secret Service joined. Director Sean Curran said, “In the days leading up to this weekend, our special agents, mission support personnel, and technical security teams worked around the clock to identify those responsible and hold them accountable.”

“This is very, very dark stuff,” said Vice President JD Vance on “Fox & Friends” reacting to the news.

“This is what happens when people turn the rhetoric up so loud that disagreeing with somebody is a cause for violence.”

“And I hate to say this, but it’s true. You see more political violence and violent rhetoric coming from the left than the right these days. Everybody has a role to cut this stuff out. But I think a lot of my Democratic colleagues in Washington have got to look themselves in the mirror and say, ‘Why is so much of this political violence coming from our side of the spectrum?’.”
