Ketanji Jackson already has been documented as the most talkative Supreme Court justice. And the most partisan.
And she’s not been shy about demanding her politics in the court’s chambers, lashing out angrily when the other eight don’t bend to her will.
She’s done it again.
A report from Fox News explains she now has “sharply rebuked” the other justices for a decision letting the Trump administration move toward on an election integrity plan.
She is predicting election chaos, and says states will be trapped in their court fights.
“This ruling violates well-established precedents concerning this Court’s equitable discretion and needlessly injects chaos and uncertainty into the upcoming midterm elections,” she said over the course of 23 pages.
She calls it a “Kafkaesque nightmare that our precedents have been steadily creating for certain plaintiffs who seek to bring election-related challenges.”
When Trump issued an executive order regarding security for mail-in ballots, some leftist states sued and a lower judge blocked it. The Supreme Court this week lifted parts of that block.
The majority found, “The Court’s disposition of this application does not mean that any measure taken by the Government to implement the Order will necessarily be lawful. On that score, time will tell”
The ruling said the states’ demands of the courts probably were premature.
Jackson complained that states already were dealing with costs, the possibility of prosecution, and the resulting uncertainty.

Her complaint included, “The Court does a disservice to all concerned by distorting Article III standing and ripeness principles to issue a ruling that contributes to pre-election chaos instead of quashing it,”
Essentially she is arguing to let states continue running whatever mail-in ballot programs they want, without identification verification, without security that only U.S. citizens are voting.
The plan is for state-specific lists of citizens for voting, and a prioritization for prosecutions for ineligible voters.
“The order also directs the U.S. Postal Service to pursue rules governing mail-in and absentee ballots, including ballot-envelope requirements, tracking barcodes and state-specific voter lists,” the report said.

Just weeks ago, Jackson lashed out at other justices because she claimed they are making the public think the court is partisan.
This from a justice who refused to define “woman” during her confirmation hearing, has put her lefltist ideologies into her written opinions by demanding birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens and insisting that states he ordered to keep their race-based congressional districts.
She is so far into the Democrat agenda that even the other liberals on the court often have to abandon her arguments.
