Images confirm FBI scheme to protect Joe Biden from classified documents punishment

Newly released photographs, obtained by the Oversight Project, confirm how the FBI tried to protect Joe Biden from the consequences of his mishandling of classified government documents, even while agents were manipulating evidence in a nearly identical case in their lawfare against President Donald Trump.

The anti-Trump agenda was assembled under Biden’s tenure in office, and included FBI claims against Trump of willful retention of national defense information, false statements, conspiracy, concealing a document and more.

It concerned documents from Trump’s president that he had after his presidency concluded, and he explained that he, within his power as president, had declassified.

Joe Biden, meanwhile, was “investigated” with a kid gloves agenda over classified documents he held after his vice presidency, a time when had no authority to declassify documentation.

The case against Trump was orchestrated by anti-Trump prosecutor Jack Smith, whose case was blocked when a judge ruled Smith had been appointed unconstitutionally, and later disintegrated when after Trump was re-elected and took office for a second term.

Smith, however, continued to attack Trump even then, issuing a “report” on his work against Trump and trying to get it released to the public, a move blocked by the courts.

Meanwhile, agents were finding government secrets in Biden’s garage, in an office he maintained, and more.

Online commenters explained: “National Archives meets with Biden admin. 2. NA sends boxes to Maralago 3. NA meets with Biden Admin again 4. Biden Admin raids Maralago a few months later. Setup completed.”

“This what weaponization looks like. Biden got a pass, Trump got prosecuted. Lock up all of the people who put politics before justice in the raid on Mar-A-Lago.”

The images that were obtained are the evidence:

The project said, “Compare that to the ambush at Mar-a-Lago: agents dumping President Trump’s documents on the floor, staging them for cameras, guaranteeing the leaked photos would dominate every front page in America within hours. That’s not law enforcement. That’s a political hit job.”

It continued, “The DOJ manufactured a crime scene for Trump and gave Biden a courtesy visit. Same category of case. Two different countries, apparently — one for the political class, one for everybody else.”

The organization reported the “smoking gun” being the “classified cover sheets” agents added to documents found at Mar-a-Lago, described as “pure stagecraft, designed to terrify the public into assuming the worst about Trump.”

“At Biden’s house? Nothing. No cover sheets. No theater. Just quiet, polite cataloging — even though DOJ admitted Biden had real classified material too. They know exactly how to manipulate a narrative when it’s their guy in the crosshairs.”

The report concluded, “Every decision — how documents were handled, how photos were staged, what got leaked and what got buried for years — ran in exactly one direction: protect Biden, destroy Trump. This is what a two-tiered justice system looks like in living color.”

The project said, “This is the photographic evidence demonstrates, Biden commingled the classified information in his desk drawer as part of his notes gathering process for writing his book ‘Promise Me, Dad.’ This establishes that Biden not only removed classified information from the White House when he left as Vice President (18 USC 1924), but he did so for the purpose of disclosing that information (18 USC 798) to make money. With these facts established, the Department of Justice should immediately renew its investigation to determine if it is proper to claw back the profits that Joe Biden made from the book because those profits were made as a result of his unauthorized retention and disclosure of classified information.”

It continued, “These photos are not just historical curiosities — they are proof. Proof that the FBI and DOJ made deliberate choices at every stage of these two investigations: how documents were handled, how images were staged, and how those images were released to the public. Every one of those choices broke in the same direction — toward protecting Joe Biden and toward incriminating Donald Trump in the court of public opinion before he ever saw the inside of a courtroom. The American people deserve equal justice under the law. These images show they didn’t get it. The Oversight Project will continue to pursue records the government would rather keep buried.”

Oversight Project President Mike Howell said, “What Biden did to this country was awful and so many people in positions of authority looked the other way or gave him amnesty for blatant abuse of our laws.”
