The transgender industry has exploded across America since Joe Biden pushed for the ideology, even so-called “treatments” for little children, from the Oval Office for four years.
Of course, following the science, transgenderism is a failed belief, as being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level and doesn’t change.
Nonetheless, school boards have adopted it and imposed it on children, teachers have demanded students follow their leadership in the movement, such injuries to children have been concealed from parents, politicians have embraced it, even courts have pursued the ideology. Pharmaceutical corporations that would be selling products to people for a lifetime have promoted it.
Now Franklin Graham, chief of the worldwide Christian ministry Samaritan’s Purse, as well as head of the Billy Graham Evangelical Association, has delivered a verdict on the agenda.
“The transgender agenda is evil. It’s a deception, a lie from hell. The Bible tells us that the devil is the ‘father of lies’ and that he ‘deceives the whole world,'” he posted on social media.
“For school boards, school administrators, and politicians to allow the transgender agenda to be taught—to be pushed on students—and to hide it from parents is wrong, and it’s dangerous.”

He cited a court fight over the issue, and said, “I’m so glad that these families had the guts to stand up and fight—and now they have won. Thank you First Liberty Institute and The National Center for Law & Policy for helping them. We need more parents across our country to stand firm against these ungodly agendas that harm our children.”
His reference was to a report in Decision magazine that profiled the fight in Encinitas Union School District in California.
There, school officials were caught promoting that “gender ideology and other material that conflicts with families’ religious beliefs.”
And now, because of pushback from parents and a Supreme Court decision, the district has promised to provide notifications to parents and opt-out procedures for them to protect their children.
“In May 2024, a fifth-grade teacher at La Costa Heights Elementary School read a book to the class called My Shadow is Pink, about a boy with a pink shadow who wears a dress to school. The teacher then directed the students to watch the book’s read-aloud film with kindergarten ‘buddies.’ Fifth-grader Shea Encinas knew the book went against his Christian faith and was deeply upset,” the magazine reported.
Shea’s parents attended a school board meeting to request permission to protect their child and the district refused.
Then the fight went to court, and a court granted an injunction against the district, requiring advance notice and opt-outs for parents.
“The following month, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mahmoud v. Taylor that public schools must allow parents to remove their children from lessons using LGBTQ storybooks if those books violate the family’s religious beliefs,” the magazine said.
“In light of those rulings, the district has now agreed to provide notification and opt-outs, and the families have agreed to end their suit,” the report said.
Nate Kellum, of First Liberty Institute, explained, “No child should be forced to speak a message that violates his religious convictions. We are grateful that we were able to reach this settlement on behalf of the families involved. This is a tremendous victory not only for our clients but for all parents in the Encinitas Union School District.”
In the plain language of the Bible, Genesis 1:27, it explains, “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”
It’s not the first time Graham has identified transgenderism as sin:
