Names, home addresses, credit-card information, occupations, employers, donation amount and more.

This was all part of the “information” collected by ex-special counsel Jack Smith, who orchestrated a couple of the major failed lawfare campaigns against President Donald Trump, about Republican donors. Some 639,000 of them.

This according to paperwork released by U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, chief of the Senate Judiciary Committee who has been working to unravel the legal and lawfare scheming of Smith for years already.

IWorldNetDaily earlier reported that Smith actually got copies of checks from 5,000 donors, giving him access to their signature, their bank account number, their bank routing number and more.

A report by Fox News Digital said the released memo charges that Joe Biden’s Department of Justice collected personal profiles on hundreds of thousands of Republicans.

One of Smith’s lawfare cases investigated “efforts to overturn results of the 2020 relection,” the report said.

The latest update from Grassley confirmed Smith’s special counsel office and the DOJ got access to “spreadsheets containing Republican campaign donors, supporters, and detailed personal voter information in various formats, totaling over 639,000 individuals, at minimum.”

Grassley confirmed, “Out of those, over 148,000 rows are identified in the spreadsheets as donors.”

The report said the details obtained included “dates of birth, emails, whether the person was a registered Republican, their occupation and place of employment.”

“This update shows that Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department collected incredibly invasive donor data — and voter data — beyond what could conceivably be necessary for him or his team to fulfill the [special counsel office’s] mandate,” Grassley said.

Grassley notes the evidence shows Smith and his “partisan team” intended to “map out the entire Republican Party apparatus.”

Recently, during an appearance before Congress, Smith claimed such information was needed “to conduct a criminal investigation of one of the most serious crimes that’s ever happened in our hation’s history.”

The Gateway Pundit held another perspective, that Jack Smith was coordinating with the Biden DOJ “to spy on their political opposition.”

Smith’s work also included obtaining phone records from dozens of members of Congress, possibly in violation of the Constitution, and suppressing that fact from the public.
