The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder case has spoken out, explaining he voted for a guilty verdict – and held to that vote despite pressure from other jurors – because that’s what the evidence showed to him.
And now he’s in a “secure location” because of the outrage from activists who appear to have wanted to use the case as a launching point for a social campaign regarding the issues involved, specifically postpartum influences.
That such an agenda was present already has been confirmed by other jurors:

This is the ONLY clip you need to see today from the Clancy Jury.
Don’t waste any more time on these insane, permissible, evil women.

Now the holdout who refused to cave in to juror pressure and resulted in an 11-1 split in the jury, triggering a mistrial, has been identified as Michael Desronvil.
Desronvil’s attorney, Edward Andrew Paltzik, confirmed he was representing the juror, calling him an “American Hero and Champion of Justice,” according to a report at the Washington Examiner.
He confirmed Desronvil is “safe and sound at an undisclosed secure location.”
“This American Hero and Champion of Justice loves the United States of America as the greatest country in the world; cherishes our sacred Constitution as the pinnacle of human liberty; and supports our amazing leader, President Donald J. Trump, as a fellow defender of common-sense, liberty, and sanity,” Paltzik said. “Rest assured that the evil people who have so viciously attacked this American Hero and Champion of Justice will be held accountable to the maximum extent of the law and beyond.
“In the meantime, though, he has persevered and remains utterly unbroken thanks to his devout Catholic Faith,” the post continued. “As a devoted father and man of God, he will not be defeated or shattered by the wicked who wish harm upon him. He is presently safe and sound at an undisclosed secure location in a rural area of Northern New England.”
Several members of the jury claimed that Desronvil had admitted having doubts about Clancy’s guilt, but refused to agree with them.
But Desronvil confirmed “the evidence presented at trial made clear to him that Clancy had willfully murdered her children,” the report said.
He also explained the accusation that he was “unable to engage” was untrue.
“As I tried to explain different possible theories during deliberation, I kept getting cut off as if I had doubts based on the evidence present,” the statement from Desronvil said.
Clancy had admitted killing her three children but pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Her defense argued that she was experiencing severe psychosis when she killed her young children in 2023.
Her lawyer now is insisting the judge submit a not guilty verdict.
Desronvil confirmed he “didn’t have any doubts” on the verdict.
“I didn’t have any doubts.”

According to the Daily Mail Desronvil said based on all the evidence he considered “it was enough proof that she [Clancy] knew exactly what she was doing and planned” to kill her three children.
Ray Marcel of Fugitive TV told NewsNation, after interviewing Desronvil, “‘He said some of the things they’ve said about him is either not the whole truth, the half-truth, or outright lies.”
He cited details from the evidence such as the “preparation she [Clancy] did” before killing her children, including sending her husband Patrick out for errands before attacking the kids.
He was stunned by the vitriol dumped on him since the mistrial, and felt the backlash from fellow jurors was because he is a “black Republican,” Marcel said.
Marcel explained, “He said he knew that she was guilty because of the evidence that he saw. He felt he was not insane at the time and knew what she was doing.”
