Democrats long have speculated about a plan they have to skew the Supreme Court by picking a number of additional Democrat justices – jurists who would vote for their socialist, leftist, pro-abortion and pro-transgender agenda.
This week they confirmed it.
Fox News reported they did that by blocking “a constitutional amendment that would have permanently capped the Supreme Court at nine justices.”
It confirms their agenda for packing the court with Democrats.
The report noted, “The amendment, led by Rep. Andy Biggs, actually had majority support in the House but failed to clear the two-thirds threshold after Speaker Mike Johnson fast-tracked it under suspended rules. The vast majority of Democrats voted against it.”
The report noted, “Trump has warned for months that Democrats would try to expand the court if they retook Congress — a concern backed by past statements from Kamala Harris and Sen. Elizabeth Warren. Progressives like Rep. Jamie Raskin are already pushing to expand the bench to 13 justices, one for each federal circuit court.”

A report at the Hill said the measure, as a proposed constitutional amendment, needed a two-thirds majority in the House.
The vote won, but was at only 212-206 along party lines.
Rep. Brad Knott, R-N.C., said, “Democrats are very clear. They want to pack the court. We want to maintain the normalcy and stick with the process that we’ve done for a long time.”
The Hill said Mike Marinella, a spokesperson for the National Republican Congressional Committee, which helps support and elect Republican candidates, accused Democrats of voting “so they can follow through on a radical socialist agenda.”
“Give House Democrats an ounce of power, and they’ll use every bit of it to fundamentally transform America into an unrecognizable socialist hellscape,” Marinella charged.
The Democrats’ demands for court-packing always have increased in volume whenever the current justices have ruled in favor of the Trump administration.
